We are excited to announce that Carv is partnering with the Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA), one of the largest Ski Associations in the world.
Since their foundation in 1961, the PSIA have challenged themselves to stay abreast of new technologies and look to the future of ski coaching in order to deliver the best and most enjoyable teaching to their members. In recent decades, they have transitioned a wealth of learning and reference materials online to make resources easier to access for instructors and students alike in the digital age.
At Carv, we’re at the forefront of digital innovation in skiing, blending sensor-based technology, artificial intelligence and sports science. And we’re incredibly excited to be partnering with one of the largest ski associations in the world, to adapt and enhance the ski instruction model with a blend of traditional and digital coaching.

As a forward-thinking organization, who stays abreast of the latest advances in ski tech, PSIA-AASI is excited to be working with Carv as they spearhead the digital transformation within skiing.
With this partnership, Carv has access to a community of almost 33,000 snowsports professionals, including some of the best ski coaches in the world. Working with a range of PSIA coaches will help us to accelerate the development of our skiing analysis technologies, scale our in-app training content for Carv Members, and continue to produce the highest quality coaching videos for our YouTube audience.

Who are the PSIA?
The Professional Ski Instructors of America and the American Association of Snowboard Instructors (PSIA-AASI) are the world’s largest organization dedicated to skiing and snowboarding, comprising 33,000 snowsports professionals.
The PSIA is the certification body for ski instructors in the United States, establishing standards for examination and developing educational materials.
