Shipping service

We offer free worldwide shipping and typically use the couriers and warehouses listed below to deliver your package.

Orders are dispatched the same business day if ordered before 11am local time for each fulfilment center.

On occasion, our warehouses may choose to use a different service to get your delivery to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. You will be notified with an email and tracking number once your package has been shipped.

The expected delivery times are as follows:

Fulfilment center: Toronto, Canada or Ohio, USA

USA - Courier: USPS - Standard Delivery: 3-6 business days, Express: 2 business days (Please note express is temporarily unavailable for Size E)

Canada - Courier: Canada Post - Standard Delivery: 3-6 business days, Express: West Coast 2 business days, East Coast 2 - 3 business days

South America - Courier: Local postal service - Standard Delivery: 6-8 business days


Fulfilment center: Bedford, UK


UK - Courier: Yodel - Standard Delivery: 2-4 business days, Express: 2 business days with UPS


Fulfilment center: Dublin, Ireland


Europe - Courier: UPS - Standard Delivery: 3-6 business days, Express: 2 business days, only available in Netherlands, Ireland, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark

Australia/New Zealand - Courier: Local postal service - Standard Delivery: 6-8 business days

All other countries - Courier: Local postal service - Standard Delivery: 3-8 business days

Ukraine/Russia/Belarus: Due to carrier restrictions we are not able to ship to these countries at this time

Please note estimated delivery times are based on orders placed before 11am.


PO Boxes

We can currently only deliver to PO Boxes in the United States and Canada.

Rearranging Delivery

You will receive notifications to your email address, including the chance to manage the delivery date, so please ensure you give the correct email address at check-out.

Change of address

Please reach to the support team if you need your address edited or changed, and we will do our best to meet your request before shipment. Orders are submitted for dispatch at 11am UK time each day. After this time address details for an order cannot be changed, however it is sometimes possible for you to arrange directly with your package’s courier to change the pick-up or delivery location.

Remote areas

If your address is in a remote area, your delivery may take longer. You can search your postcode with the relevant courier (see above).
