Shipping service

We offer free worldwide shipping and typically use the couriers and warehouses below to deliver your package.

Orders are dispatched the same business day if ordered before 11am local time for each fulfilment center.

On occasion, our warehouses may choose to use a different service to get your delivery to you faster. You will be notified with an email and tracking number once your package has been shipped.

The expected delivery times are as follows:

Fulfilment center: Toronto, Canada

USA - Courier: USPS or DHL - Delivery: 2-5 business days

Canada - Courier: Canada Post or DHL - Delivery: 2-6 business days

South America - Courier: DHL - Delivery: 3-6 business days

Fulfilment center: Bedford, UK

UK - Courier: UPS or DHL - Delivery: 1-3 business days

Fulfilment center: Dublin, Ireland

Europe - Courier: DHL - Delivery: 1-3 business days

Australia/New Zealand - Courier: DHL - Delivery: 5-6 business days

Ireland - Courier: DPD - Delivery: 1-3 business days

All other countries - Courier: DHL - Delivery: 2-6 business days

Ukraine/Russia/Belarus: Due to carrier restrictions we can no longer ship to these countries

PO Boxes

We can currently only deliver to PO Boxes in the United States and Canada.

Email notifications

You will receive notifications to your email address, including the chance to manage the delivery date, so please ensure you give the correct email address at check-out.

Change of address

Orders are submitted for dispatch at 11am UK time each day. After this time, address details for an order cannot be changed.

Remote areas

If your address is in a remote area, your delivery may take longer. You can search your postcode with the relevant courier (see above).
