How to Share Your Buddy Pass

Open your Carv Portal
Go to More > Manage Pass > Manage Existing Pass to access your Carv portal.
Find your Buddy Passes
As an active user you will be given 5 Buddy Pass codes - Click Buddy Passes to view your available passes
Share your Buddy Pass Codes
Copy a code, share it, and let your friends enjoy a full day of real-time coaching with Carv.
Share Carv and Get Rewarded
If your friend buys Carv after using your Buddy Pass, you earn referral rewards.

How to Redeem Your Buddy Pass?

Set up your Carv account
Download the Carv App and follow the set-up instructions to get started
Pair your Carv Device
Follow the setup guide to pair your Carv device to your phone
Enter your Buddy Pass code
To activate your first day, click Manage Pass > Add Pass in the Carv app and enter your Buddy Pass code.
Start skiing!

Buddy Pass FAQs
When you download the Carv app for the first time, you will be asked to create an account and enter a Pass Code to add your pass to your Carv account. Here you will need to add your Buddy Pass Code.
Once your Buddy Pass is added to your Carv account, it will then activate on your ski day with Carv.
If you have any issues activating your Buddy Pass, please reach out to the support team here.
If you’re skiing with your friend who’s Carv sensors you are borrowing, they may have automatically connected to the sensors.
Ask them to forget the sensors in their app so you can pair successfully.
If you are still having issues pairing to your Buddy's sensors, please reach out to our support team here.
If your buddy purchased without using your referral code, have them reach out to our support team here so we can apply the discount for you.
We’ll get it sorted and make sure you both get the rewards you deserve.
Ski:IQ™ is a measure used to assess your skiing ability. This year* Carv calculates Ski:IQ™ using machine learned weightings of the 10 performance metrics which allows Carv to adjust which metrics to prioritise in your score, based on your skiing, the pitch and the terrain.
Different runs, and different skiers, may have different metric weightings used to calculate your Ski:IQ™, ensuring that our coaching is relevant to your level, and the terrain you’re skiing.
