About Carv
Carv is on a mission to unlock the enjoyment of better skiing. We use AI, real-time feedback, and sensor-driven data to help skiers to measure technique and coach them to improve. Our team is building industry-pioneering hardware and software that bridges the gap between technology and human performance.
We’re looking for an Embedded Electronics Engineer to drive development of our sensor hardware from research and development through to mass production.

What You’ll Do
Design, develop and integrate new sensors or embedded technology into our core product.
Build and test prototypes using promising new technologies which could allow us to improve the product.
Supervise and optimise areas of the manufacturing process related to embedded systems, for example automatic testing equipment or production firmware.
Collaborate within the Hardware and Product teams to integrate electronics and firmware with the mechanical and software parts of the product.
Work with the Customer Success team in identifying and debugging electronics and firmware related product issues.
What We’re Looking For
A passionate skier, beginner skiers welcome
Relentless bias for action.
Extreme attention to detail.
Experience designing and prototyping electronics products from concept through to schematic design, layout and manufacturing.
Experience developing and deploying firmware for Nordic nRF series microcontrollers.
Experience with Bluetooth Low Energy communications.
Experience debugging embedded systems and use of associated tools.
