We are seeking a seasoned and well-rounded VP of Operations to join our growing team. As a leader, you are passionate about driving business growth and creating a customer-first culture. In this role, you will be managing three senior managers who are responsible for their own teams: Customer Success (team of 15), Finance (team of 2), and Logistics (team of 3). You have strong leadership skills, the ability to define clear targets, and the motivation and management skills to lead your team to achieve those goals. We expect to grow the team 25-75% year-on-year, so experience hiring and retaining high-performing teams is important.

You should have a strong financial background and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, partners, and stakeholders at all levels.
