We are looking for someone to ensure that the product is shipped and delivered efficiently, building a world-class logistics supply chain as we continue to scale and cement our leading position in digital coaching.
The role
Our logistics operation has grown significantly more complicated as we increase our reach into markets across the world. We are therefore seeking a seasoned and well-rounded Logistics Operations Manager to join our growing team.
Working with the rest of the Operations team, your mission will be to ensure that our product is shipped to customers on time and as cost-efficiently as possible. This will be focussing on our direct-to-consumer and business-to-business sales channels. It will also be a requirement to proactively manage our stock positions in each of our warehouses and ensure we always have suitable availability based on our forecasts.
During the winter season, you will be managing a team of interns who will need training and support to run the day-to-day logistic operations. Replying to customers' logistics queries will be an important part of the role through our customer relationship management portal.

Your main responsibilities:
Train and task-manage a team of interns in the winter season to support the day-to-day operations.
Reply to customer logistics queries through our CRM portal
Ensure our direct-to-consumer and business-to-business shipments are delivered on time and in full.
Proactively manage our stock positions in each warehouse.
Manage the analytical reporting of stock, exchanges, warranties and returns.
Scope and implement future improvement projects to further optimise our logistics supply chain as we grow.
Own the relationships with our logistics partners
Our candidate is someone who:
Is a strong communicator, both with colleagues and with our logistics network.
Is analytically minded, with the ability to spot and solve potential problems before they occur.
Is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable challenging our suppliers.
Has experience managing a team
3+ Years of logistics or supply chain experience
Location
UK. You would be expected to be in our London office for at least 3 days per week on average, so could be based partly remotely or full-time in the office.
During the Northern hemisphere ski season, travel and work in Innsbruck will be expected.
Benefits
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience

Equipment budget: £1k
Accommodation in and transport to Innsbruck as and when required
