Uploading your data for Season in Review
If your Season in Review banner says "Upload your data to view yours", you have some ski sessions that have not been uploaded and that will be missing from your Season in Review. Normally your data automatically uploads whenever you are connected to the internet, however, the upload can occasionally fail. To sync your data, follow the steps below:
- Make sure that you are connected to a WiFi network OR that you have enabled data syncing over mobile by going to "More" -> "Settings" -> "Data syncing" and choosing "Mobile & WiFi".
- Force close and reopen the app twice, leaving the app open for around 5 seconds each time. You should see a syncing banner at the top of the screen if your data is still uploading. Wait for several minutes with the app open.
- You should see that "Upload your data to view yours" has disappeared. If it has, then you’re all set! Your Season in Review may take some time to be fully re-processed, but should reflect all of your data within the next day.
- If you still see the message saying "Upload your data to view yours", try repeating steps 1 to 3 above.
- If you still see the message, try navigating to "More" -> "Settings" -> "Resync my data" and leave the app open with a stable internet connection until all of your data is synced.
