US Retail Sales Manager

📍 Remote based in Utah/Colorado/California | Full-time | $100-120,000 OTE ($70-90,000 base depending on experience) & share options.

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, highly motivated individual with experience in the Retail sports sector to own, develop and grow our Retail partner base in the United States. This is an opportunity to drive expansion and take Carv to a wider audience, with the scope to build a team around further expansion in future years.
We are targeting an August-September start date for this role.

What You’ll Do
Own the US Retail sales channel, including budgets and the P&L depending on experience
Manage and nurture new relationships with all accounts
Identify strategic growth partners for future buying cycles
Onboard new Retail partners ahead of each winter season
Facilitate on and off snow demos for new and existing partners
Develop an education and training program to execute on in season
Run community demo events, driving engagement and foot traffic to retail partners
What We’re Looking For
A passionate skier
A minimum of 3 years experience working in Retail or as a Sales Rep for a leading brand. Retail experience in snowsports or consumer technology is preferable
Relentless bias for action, moving fast to deliver results
Track-record of excelling in a small-team environment, even better if at a start-up
Ability to travel regularly, primarily in the UT/CO/CA region but also across the rest of the US and potentially abroad. A drivers licence is required.

Base salary of $70-90k USD depending on experience
