We stand behind the quality and innovation of Carv. If for any reason you don’t feel that Carv meets your expectations, you can return it within 100 days of delivery for a full refund.
Returns
We're sorry if Carv has not worked out for you for any reason. We offer hassle free returns within 100 days of delivery, for which we offer a full refund including any membership fees that were paid upfront.
Should you wish to request a return please follow this link. Here you will be able to submit your request and generate a return label for your unit. You will need your Order Number (including the #) and the email address you used to purchase Carv.
We request that your Carv is returned in the original packaging if possible. Provided your return request is approved, your account will be fully refunded once your unit is received and inspected by our warehouse team. Please allow 14 days for the money to arrive in your account. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Renewal Return
We're sorry if Carv has not worked out for you for any reason. We offer a renewal return window of 21 days, for which we offer a full refund including any membership fees that were paid upfront.
The 21-day return window also applies to early renewal payments, including those made through the Carv 2 upgrade program. If you have made an early renewal payment and wish to return your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund provided your return request is submitted within this period.

Pre-order Cancellation
As per our Terms of Service, you may cancel your pre-order up to the dispatch without giving any reason and receive a full refund. To do so, please contact us. After dispatch, please refer to the Returns Policy above.
