Boot Fit Guarantee

We want you to be happy with Carv in your boots, and we're proud to say that we have an over 99% boot fit comfort rate in our customers’ boots. We recommend checking out our sizing guide to make sure you're ordering the best size for you, and our design blog post to read more about boot comfort and versatility with Carv. If you still don't find your inserts to be a good fit with your boots you can either swap your Carv unit for a different size, or return it within 100 days of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We're sorry if Carv has not worked out for you for any reason. We offer hassle free returns within 100 days of delivery, for which we offer a full refund including any membership fees that were paid upfront and unused. We will also exchange your unit for a new size within this 100 day window.

Should you wish to request a return or exchange follow this link, through which you can submit your request and generate a custom return label for your unit. You will need your Order Number (including the #) and the email address you used to purchase Carv.

We request that your Carv is returned in the original packaging if possible. Provided your return request is approved, your account will be fully refunded once your unit is received and inspected by our warehouse team. Please allow 14 days for the money to arrive in your account.

Likewise for exchanges we ship your new unit as soon as your device is received and inspected, or alternatively we can ship your new size immediately if you require a quick turnaround to get skiing with Carv. In this case we take a $1 deposit, and only charge you for the unit if your old device isn't shipped within 28 days.

Pre-order Cancellation

As per our Terms of Service, you may cancel your pre-order up to the dispatch without giving any reason and receive a full refund. To do so, please contact us. After dispatch, please refer to the Returns Policy above.
