We're sorry if Carv has not worked out for you for any reason. We offer hassle free returns within 100 days of delivery, for which we offer a full refund including any membership fees made with the purchase.

Should you wish to request a return or exchange follow this link, through which you can submit your request and generate a custom return label for your unit, or receive return instructions. You will need your Order Number (including the #) and the email address you used to purchase Carv, or your delivery zipcode.

We request that your Carv is returned in the original packaging if possible. Provided your return request is approved, your account will be fully refunded once your unit is received and inspected by our warehouse team. Please allow 14 days for the money to arrive in your account.

Pre-order Cancellation

As per our Terms of Service, you may cancel your pre-order up to the dispatch without giving any reason and receive a full refund. To do so, please contact us. After dispatch, please refer to the Returns Policy above.
