Carv Warranty Policy

Carv warrants that our hardware products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for two years from the date of purchase by you from www.getcarv.com or an authorised seller, as shown in the online order confirmation or shop receipt. If you are a paying Carv Member, we will extend this warranty for as long as you continue your Membership.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product. It does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the product.

Carv does not warrant against normal wear and tear nor against damage caused by accident or abuse. Carv also does not warrant that the operation of its products will be uninterrupted.

If you believe you may have a warranty claim, please view our Troubleshooting page and if that does not resolve your issue, please contact us.

We will need your help to evaluate your claim, and may ask you to perform some diagnostic tests or to send us images. If any Carv components are found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, we will replace the components. We will require your original order number and email address to process your claim. We may also require proof of purchase.

The warranty for any replacement components will end on the date when the warranty for your original purchase was due to end.

If you are outside of your warranty period, we will allow you to buy replacement parts at cost price. To do so, please contact us.
