Carv 2 is a self-contained, highly accurate gyroscope and accelerometer. No installation, wires, or inserts.

It uses a process called 'Sensor Fusion' to detect the position and movement of your boots as you ski - allowing the Carv Motion AI system to know the exact movement of your skis.

The Carv app uses this to analyze and coach your technique in real time.

You need 2, one for each boot. Both are included in your purchase.

Yes. It simply clips onto your strap.

The clip is designed to be incredibly robust and accommodate different strap thicknesses.

Move it between rental boots, or switch between your own boots at will.

No, Carv calibrates its position on your strap each time you ski.

You can put it anywhere on the strap and it still works.

It doesn't have to be in the same place each time. Just keep it locked down while skiing with a tight strap.

You need a phone and that's it.
