Thank you for ordering Carv 2!

You’ll receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of your purchase—be sure to check your spam or junk folder if it doesn’t appear in your inbox. Once your order is on its way we’ll send you a tracking link via email.

Pre-sale Carv orders will be delivered from November 5th.

On the same day, you’ll receive your Carv Pass Code via email to add your pass to your Carv app.

Once added, your pass will activate automatically when you first ski or on the 30th of April if you don't ski before then.

When will I receive my order
Carv 2 units will be delivered from November 5th. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location, but you’ll receive updates throughout the process.

How do I add my pass to my account?

On the 5th of November, you’ll receive an email with your unique Carv Pass Code.

To add your pass, simply open the Carv app, enter the code, and your pass will be linked to your account.

Don’t worry—this won’t activate the pass just yet. It will activate automatically on your first ski day.

When/how does my pass activate?

Once you’ve added your pass using your pass code, your Carv pass will activate automatically the first time you ski.

If you don’t ski with Carv this winter, your pass will activate on the 30th of April.

How do I get help if I encounter issues with Carv 2?

If you run into any problems while setting up or using your Carv 2, the Carv app offers in-app support with troubleshooting guides.
