Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing the tracking details.

Please note that all Pre-Sale orders are due to arrive from the 5th of November onwards.
All Carv orders can be tracked to ensure safe delivery and tracking information is shared via email at the point of shipment.
Our delivery times for standard delivery are as follows - estimates based on orders placed before 11am at the warehouse’s local time:
USA - Courier: USPS - Delivery: 3-5 business days
Canada - Shipped via Canada Post (delays due to strike) or from our US warehouse (subject to customs)
UK - Courier: Royal Mail - Delivery: 2-3 business days
Australia/New Zealand - Courier: Australian Post - Delivery: 3-6 business days
Europe - Courier: DPD - Delivery: 3-5 business days
All other countries - Courier: DHL Express - Delivery: 6-8 business days
Iran/Russia/Belarus: Due to carrier restrictions we can no longer ship to these countries
We also offer paid express shipping in the US, UK, and the EU. This is a 2 business day service across all regions, with an additional next-day option available for orders within the US.
Couriers are subject to change, depending on availability.
We can ship Carv to PO Box addresses in the US and Canada!
Unfortunately our nominated couriers are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses elsewhere in the world. As such, we would kindly ask that you provide us with an alternate shipping address so as to ensure your Carv device is delivered as quickly as possible!
We have free worldwide shipping on all orders. (Due to carrier restrictions we can no longer ship to Iran, Russia, Belarus).
We also offer paid express shipping at checkout if you wish to expedite the shipment of your order, price dependent on delivery location.
Orders to countries outside the USA, Canada, EU, and the UK may be subject to country-specific import fees, customs fees or duties. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. See our full article on this here.
We're sorry if Carv has not worked out for you for any reason. We offer hassle-free returns within 100 days of delivery of your Carv unit. Once we have received your return, we will process your refund including any Carv Pass fees that were paid upfront.
Should you wish to request a return, you are able to do so using this link.
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We request that your Carv is returned in the original packaging if possible.
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. It may take up to 14 days to receive the confirmation email and to see the funds in your account.

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping for all Customers and a Paid express service to UK, US, EU and Canadian addresses
Unfortunately we cannot currently deliver to Russia, Iran, or Belarus due to carrier restrictions.

If you have noticed an error on your shipping address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can try to amend this before it is shipped out. If your order has already been dispatched please note that we will be unable to amend your shipping address.
You will need to pay customs and duties if you are located outside of the USA, Canada, UK, and the EU.

Returns
We stand behind the quality and innovation of Carv. If for any reason you don’t feel that Carv meets your expectations, you can return it within 100 days of delivery for a full refund.
We're sorry if Carv has not worked out for you for any reason. We offer hassle free returns within 100 days of delivery of your Carv unit, for which we will offer a full refund including any Carv Pass fees that were paid upfront.
Should you wish to request a return, please let us know by completing the following form. You will need your Order Number and your order email address.

As per our Terms of Service, you may cancel your pre-order up to the dispatch without giving any reason and receive a full refund. To do so, please contact us via our webchat below, or via email. Please be aware that after your order has dispatched we are unable to cancel your order or make changes to the shipping address.

In the top right hand corner of the page, you can choose the icon to 'Make Gift', click this to turn it into a gift. Alternatively, you can choose to make it a gift at checkout.
The gift is still protected by our 100 day returns policy incase of any issues!
After the Carv Pass expires the user can choose whether they want to purchase their own Pass in future years, keeping all their existing data!
Unfortunately, at the moment we do not sell gift cards. But please see above on how you can gift Carv to a keen skier in your life!
