Please note that all Early Bird orders are due to arrive by 25 October 2025.
All Early Bird orders will be dispatched for delivery by 24 October 2025. The information below applies to any orders made after the sale has ended.
All Carv orders can be tracked to ensure safe delivery. Tracking information is shared via email at the point of shipment.
Our delivery times for standard delivery are as follows. Estimates are based on orders placed before cutoff at the warehouses' local time which can be found on the Carv shipping blog.
- USA — Courier: USPS/DHL/UPS/Ontrac — Delivery: 3-5 business days
- UK — Courier: Royal Mail — Delivery: 2-3 business days
- Switzerland — Courier: Swiss Post — Delivery: 2-3 business days
- Australia — Courier: Aus Post — Delivery: 2-4 business days
- Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Italy, France & Belgium — Courier: UPS/Spring Global/PostNL — Delivery: 3-5 business days
- Rest of Europe — Courier: UPS — Delivery: 4-6 business days
- All other countries — Courier: UPS/DHL Express — Delivery: 6-8 business days
Iran/Russia/Belarus: Due to carrier restrictions we can no longer ship to these countries.
We also offer paid express shipping in the US, UK, and some EU countries. This is a two business day service across all regions, with an additional next-day option available for orders within the US.
Couriers are subject to change, depending on availability.

We can ship Carv to PO box addresses in the US.
Unfortunately our nominated couriers are unable to deliver to PO box addresses elsewhere in the world, including Canada due to Canada Post strike actions.
As such, please kindly provide us with an alternate shipping address to ensure your Carv device is delivered as quickly as possible!
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
We also offer paid express shipping at checkout if you wish to expedite the shipment of your order. The price is dependent on delivery location.
Due to carrier restrictions we can no longer ship to Iran, Russia, Belarus.
Orders to countries outside the USA, UK, Canada, Switzerland, EU and Australia may be subject to country-specific import fees, customs fees or duties.

We're sorry if Carv has not worked out for you for any reason.
We offer hassle-free returns within 100 days of delivery of your Carv unit. Once we've received your return, we'll process your refund including any Carv Pass fees that were paid upfront.
Should you wish to request a return, you're able to do so using this link.
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We request that your Carv is returned in the original packaging if possible.
Once your return is received, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. It may take up to 14 days to receive the confirmation email and to see the returned funds in your account.
Shipping
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping for all customers.
Early Bird orders will be delivered by the 24 October 2025.
Unfortunately we cannot currently deliver to Russia, Iran, or Belarus due to carrier restrictions.

If you've noticed an error on your shipping address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will try to amend this before your order is shipped out.
If your order has already been dispatched, we'll be unable to amend your shipping address.
You'll need to pay customs and duties if you are located outside of the USA, UK, Canada, EU, Switzerland or Australia.

Returns
We stand behind the quality and innovation of Carv.
If, for any reason, you feel that Carv didn't meet your expectations, you can return within 100 days of delivery for a full refund.
We're sorry if Carv hasn't worked out for you for any reason.
We offer hassle free returns within 100 days of delivery of your Carv unit — for which we'll offer a full refund including any Carv Pass fees that were paid upfront.
Should you wish to request a return, please complete the following form. You'll need your order number and your order email address.

As per our Terms of Service, you may cancel your pre-order up to dispatch for a full refund.
To do so, please contact us via our webchat or email below.
Please be aware that once your order has dispatched, we're unable to cancel the order or make any changes to your shipping address.

Gifting
Carv is a perfect gift for any enthusiastic skiers in your life.
It's fantastic to hear you're looking to gift Carv! You can purchase the Carv Pass you'd like to give on our website.
In the top right hand corner of the page, you can click the icon to "Make Gift" to turn your purchase into a gift. Alternatively, you can choose to make your purchase a gift at checkout.
The gift will still be protected by our 100 day returns policy, incase there are issues.
After the gifted Carv Pass expires, the user can choose whether they want to purchase their own Pass and keep all of their existing data for future years!
Unfortunately we do not sell gift cards at the moment. Please see above for more information on how to gift Carv to a keen skier in your life!
