We offer free worldwide shipping to all customers, and and all existing customers will receive their Carv 2 devices within November.

Canadian Deliveries: Orders being shipped from our Canadian warehouse are currently experiencing delays due to the ongoing Canada Post strike. Alternatively, we are now able to send Canadian orders from our US warehouse using FedEx Ground. Please note, these shipments will be subject to customs charges. You are able to select between the 2 options through the checkout flow.

Fulfilment center: Las Vegas or Columbus, USA

USA - Courier: USPS - Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days, Express: 2 business days with UPS

Central + South America - Courier: Local postal service - Standard Delivery: 6-8 business days

Fulfilment center: Toronto, Canada

Canada - Courier: Shipped via Canada Post (dispatch after strike ends) or from our US warehouse (subject to customs)

Fulfilment center: Northampton, UK

UK - Courier: Royal Mail - Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days, Express: 2 business days with DPD

Fulfilment center: Venlo, Netherlands

Europe - Courier: DPD - Delivery: 3-5 business days. Express: 2 business days with DHL express

Australia/New Zealand - Courier: Australia Post - Delivery: 5-8 business days

All other countries - Courier: DHL Express - Delivery: 6-8 business days

Russia/Iran: Due to carrier restrictions we are not able to ship to these countries at this time

Ukraine/Lebanon/Israel: Due to current costs charged by third party carriers it is necessary for us to charge for shipping to these locations.

Please note estimated delivery times are based on orders placed before 11am.


Other Shipping Considerations

Address changes and Rearranging Delivery

If you have noticed an error on your shipping address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can try to amend this before it is shipped out. Unfortunately if your order has already been dispatched we will be unable to amend your shipping address.

You will receive shipping notifications to your email address, so please ensure you give the correct email address at check-out.

Remote areas

If your address is in a remote area, your delivery may take longer. You can search your postcode with the relevant courier (see above).

Delays

Alternatively if your shipment has been delayed, is missing or has been returned to sender, please contact us through the link below.
