We offer free worldwide shipping to all customers. Orders will be dispatched the same business day if ordered before 11am local time for each fulfilment center.

Ski holiday in a week? We are now offering a paid delivery service for express shipping, perfect for those who need their Carv device as quickly as possible. This option is currently only available in the US, UK, Canada and certain European countries - see full details below.

On occasion our warehouses may choose to use a different service to get your delivery to you faster. You will be notified with an email and tracking number once your package has been shipped.

We use a tracked service for all shipments! Your tracking number which will be shared via email at the point of dispatch.

The expected delivery times are as follows:

Fulfilment center: Toronto, Canada or Ohio, USA

USA - Courier: USPS - Standard Delivery: 3-6 business days, Express: 2 business days

Canada - Courier: Canada Post - Standard Delivery: 3-6 business days

South America - Courier: Local postal service - Standard Delivery: 6-8 business days


Fulfilment center: Bedford, UK

UK - Courier: Yodel - Standard Delivery: 2-4 business days, Express: 2 business days with UPS


Fulfilment center: Dublin, Ireland


Europe - Courier: UPS - Delivery: 3-6 business days. Express: 2 business days, only available in Netherlands, Ireland, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Austria and Denmark.

Australia/New Zealand - Courier: Local postal service - Delivery: 6-8 business days,

All other countries - Courier: Local postal service - Delivery: 3-8 business days

Ukraine/Russia/Belarus: Due to carrier restrictions we are not able to ship to these countries at this time

Please note estimated delivery times are based on orders placed before 11am.


Address changes and Rearranging Delivery

If you have noticed an error on your shipping address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can try to amend this before it is shipped out. Unfortunately if your order has already been dispatched we will be unable to amend your shipping address.

You will receive notifications to your email address, including the chance to manage the delivery date and location through the courier website, so please ensure you give the correct email address at check-out.

Remote areas

If your address is in a remote area, your delivery may take longer. You can search your postcode with the relevant courier (see above).

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email two working days after your purchase please contact our support team using the links at the bottom of this page, we’d be happy to help you track down your order!
