The Role

We are searching for a Video Editor and Motion Graphic Designer who is a passionate skier and an expert storyteller with a strong creative vision.

This senior role requires an individual who can seamlessly translate directorial concepts into engaging narratives that captivate and educate our skiing audience.



Responsibilities:

  • Lead the editing and creation of world-class skiing content, integrating snappy editing and compelling motion graphics.

  • Manage workflows from multiple global shoots, ensuring consistency and high-quality content delivery.

  • Collaborate with our team to produce captivating content for our app, marketing efforts, and YouTube channel.

  • Develop innovative visual storytelling techniques and manage content production for various social media platforms.

  • Oversee multiple projects, maintaining creativity and a high level of detail under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of video editing and motion graphics experience.

  • Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with additional skills in DaVinci Resolve and Audition or other sound editing software.

  • Extensive experience across a broad range of content formats, including commercial, corporate, and documentary.

  • Strong experience producing content specifically for social media platforms.

  • Excellent skills in storytelling, audio synchronisation, colour grading, and creating motion graphics.

  • A deep passion for skiing and familiarity with snow sports content.

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Location

  • Flexible: Near major ski resorts in the DACH region, USA/Canada, or at our main offices in London, UK. For candidates outside London, we would expect you to come to the office at a regular cadence.

  • Flexible depending on experience

  • Option to work from Innsbruck office and use of Carv’s accommodation

  • Full use of company camera gear

  • International work travel (expenses included)
