We have 3 membership plans:
Unlimited Carv Membership - Our most popular plan, perfect for the regular skier, the Unlimited Carv membership will take your skiing to the next level with unlimited on-snow content, billed annually.
2 Year Unlimited - gives you the same access as our Unlimited membership but with better value by paying every 2 years up front.
Daily Pass - Designed for less regular skiers who are equally as dedicated to ski improvement; the Daily Pass consists of a 6-Day pass billed annually, with the option to add extra days as you go
Booked another ski trip and need more days?
To add more days to your Daily Pass membership, simply get in touch with us via the Carv App, live chat or email, and let us know how many days you would like to add.

We offer three membership plans:
Unlimited Carv Membership - Our most popular plan, perfect for the regular skier
2 Year Unlimited Membership - Our best value plan paying every 2 years
Daily Pass - Designed for less regular skiers who are equally as dedicated to ski improvement

If you ski for 6-10 days per year, we would recommend our Daily Pass suited to occasional skiers, the days can be used anytime within the year membership and do not have to be consecutive. Any unused days will also roll over onto your subscription the following year.
If you ski for 10+ days per year, we would recommend one of our Unlimited Plans as these work out the best value for more regular skiers. With the 2 Year Unlimited Plan being the cheapest annual cost, by paying for 2 years upfront.

Your first membership payment is taken alongside the one-off device payment when you purchase Carv. Your Carv membership will then automatically renew exactly 12 or 24 months from the date you redeem the code in the app (depending which plan you are on).
Activation
Shortly after purchasing Carv you will be sent a membership activation code via email. This email is separate to your confirmation email. In order to activate your Carv membership, simply enter your activation code when prompted to do so in the Carv app.
When you download the Carv app for the first time, you will be asked to create an account and enter your membership activation code.
Activating your Carv membership should be easy however if you do encounter any problems, our customer success team is always on hand to help, please get in touch by contacting our customer success team via the Carv App or using Live Chat at the bottom of this page. Please include your app login email address and order number in your enquiry, to allow us to investigate and resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Managing your Membership
Your Carv subscription can be cancelled at any time using our membership management portal by logging into:

Alternatively contact our customer success team via the Carv App or using Live Chat below to ask them to help cancel your membership.
You will receive a reminder email two weeks before each payment is due. Please contact customer success no less than three business days prior to your next scheduled payment so we can cancel your auto-renewal.
Your Carv membership will automatically renew exactly 12 or 24 months from the date you redeem the code in the app (depending which plan you are on).
If you would like to check when your renewal date is, or to edit your subscription renewal please get in touch with the team via the Carv App or using Live Chat below.
If you would like to change your current membership plan, our customer success team would be happy to arrange this for you.
Simply contact us and include your name, email and order number. Please also include the membership plan you wish to swap to in your enquiry so that the team can best advise you on how to proceed.
You can also upgrade your next renewal, via the membership portal, so that your account is how you want it when it next updates.
Referral Programme
Introducing the new Carv referral programme, upgraded and better than ever for the 2023/24 season, with brand new stash rewards and more frequent discounts on your next membership!
When you refer a friend, you can give them $40 USD* off their first purchase of Carv. Simply head to the ‘More’ tab of the Carv app, scroll down and click ‘Refer a Friend’. From here you can generate either a link or a QR code to share with your friends and family.
They can then apply their discount code at checkout on the Carv website, and once they have successfully purchased you will then receive a referral reward point in the app.

The more friends you refer to Carv the bigger the reward! We have 5 tiers in total, and for every referral, you climb another step on the ladder. Each tier has a reward, either a discount on your next membership, some exclusive stash or a pair of exclusive Carv goggles if you manage to get to tier 5!

Delete Account
We take your data security seriously at Carv.
If you wish to remove your account and any associated data, follow the steps below.
Deleting your account cannot be undone, so make sure you are certain that you do not want your data.
